Printing error help

Hi I had recently pulled this shiny Charizard from shining fates and notice there is a white dot on the back which was a printing imperfection from the factory. It’s not a scuff or damage of any kind. Would something like this be classified under a printing error when grading? And if not how would this effect the overall grade of the card?
