Is a paid membership required to submit CGC slabs to be reholdered?

Good morning,

Thanks for your message.  Yes, a paid membership would be required to submit books to us for both grading and just a reholdering.  You could also submit them through an authorized CGC dealer and the dealer could submit the books to us on your behalf, if you didn't wish to sign up for membership.  Dealer Listing | Certified Guaranty Company, LLC (cgccomics.com)
