I am showing my comic submission was delivered on February 25, 2021, but there is no update as to status of grading. Should it be showing up in the system, as it is showing up "Submission not found." My Order no. was CGC7983207498.

Good morning,

Thanks for your message.  Unfortunately, due to the very large volume of packages coming in, we have not yet opened and entered the mail from 2-25 which is why you don't see anything listed in your account yet.  We are working very hard to get all the mail entered as quickly as we can.  You will receive an email once it has been logged in and at that point, you will be able to see it in your account.
