This was not excitedly received by the LGBTQ comic reading community, apparently. At least what my wife read me.

It seems forced.

By that I mean making him a CA right away. Why not introduce the character, perhaps in a current existing title, like Daredevil. Heck, even Captain America (whoever that is right now). Develop him a bit. And then do this?

So is CA going to be like Green Lanterns, we may have 4 or 5 of them at any given time? I guess we had this already over the years.
