Is it possible to have a card receive a 1.5 or 1 grade?

The lowest grade I've seen on a Pokemon card is a 2.5 from CGC, With how the subgrades work, is it possible to receive a 1? And have any 1s been graded? I know it sounds like a dumb question, but I'm curious if it's even possible.

Yes it's possible. But you wont see it in cgc yet because they dont grades cards that would still hold a high value at a 1 (ie vintage sports cards)
