Hi, my package I sent thru Fedex was marked as delivered and signed for on March 4th. Its been over 2 weeks now and there is still no update in the system showing it was received by CGC. I'm not trying to complain but I'm becoming concerned as to where my comics are as I figured they would at least be received by now. Thank you

Good morning,

Thanks for your message.  We are currently working on opening mail received the week of 3-1.  If you have your tracking number, you can email our customer service department and we can verify that we do have it.
