Hey All!

I packed this card personally 20 years ago and its sat in a binder, within a sealed box ever since. None of my other cards have these circles. And I know that Jungle was full of printing issues(Silvering, missing symbols, and other miscuts). But i've never seen something like this. It's almost like they didn't print it all the way. Completely smooth and no texture to the missing color at all. 

It's likely that I'm just wrong but wanted to know if any other collectors have run into this.
