leothelaw Posted March 27, 2021 Share Posted March 27, 2021 (edited) If we are paying for the service with a certain turn around it should not start when y’all enter it to your system because you just have it sitting around for weeks and then we are supposed to wait for the turn around days to start when you put received? The day my order was delivered should be the turn around start and if you reach another tiers turn around time I expect to be charged accordingly to the next tier down if not returned in time.
