I have enetred 3 books so far to submit to CGC (I just upgraded my membership). I had seen 3 in my cart but now I see nothing and do not even know how to GET to my cart. Earlier today I called CGC and asked how long items stayed in the cart and was told at least 30 days. So how can I find my cart with the 3 books in it? I thank you!

Good morning,

Thanks for your message.  I know we were having some issues with the online forms yesterday.  Are you still having an issue accessing your cart?  Any items you put into your cart should still be there until you either complete your order or remove them from your cart.  If you are still having an issue, please email our customer service department and provide your customer number and they can check further into the issue for you.  You can reach us at submission@cgccomics.com.  Or by phone at 877-662-6642.
