Packing slip 0

Hello I am a new member and I have received a submission kit, and there was no packing slip in the box, how can I obtain one?

Hi, actually, the packing slip is what you print out when you complete your order online.  It doesn't come with the shipping kit.  The shipping kit is just packing supplies.  You would need to complete your online order, print your packing slip and include that in the box with your books.
