Credit card charge? 0

Hello,

Hope everyone is doing well. I got my bill after it was received at CGC, charged by my credit card. I was just wondering--for any reason--would they charge me more later in the process?

Good morning,

Thanks for your message. All payments are processed once your order is received and logged into the system.  However, if there is an issue with the payment such as a credit card not going through or missing payment information, you would receive a bill with the balance due.  Additionally, if any adjustments or corrections had to be made to your order, additional fees could possibly be added after the initial charge.  It would just depend on the particular situation.  

If you have a question about your order, you can reach our accounting department at 877-662-6642 and follow the prompts for accounting  or accounting@cgccomics.com and someone there can go through all charges with you.
