Randall Ries
7.0-ish. Obviously the scratches on the back will hold it back. Nice find. The DC Bronze age book of the century. Skunkboy
Point Five
That's awesome. 7.0 does seem about right. And looks better! Skunkboy

Westy Steve
If you seek out the best press guy you can find, maybe those scratches will press out and it will be an 8.5. Hard to tell how deep those are, but I'd send detailed close-up pix to press wizards and see what they say. Point Five
Are those really scratches? I thought they were production wrinkles in the cover stock. I only suggested 7.0 because there's a slightly stained/foxed area in the LLC of the back cover, and staples look a bit dark. If sent to CGC, quite possible they'd be much more generous, who knows. JollyComics
The staples looked darker. Not rust staples hopefully? Skunkboy
kapzilla
Looks 6.5-7.0 as is, definitely look into pressing it. Great find! Skunkboy
Skunkboy
Hi all, Thanks for the feedback! Below are a few additional pics of the bc. The crease appears to be a printer's crease, which I had assumed wouldn't affect the grade too much. No rust on the staples :). Definitely going to send for a press before grading - not sure if non-CCS recommendations are allowed on the forums, but would certainly welcome any . Mars76
Sweet find👍 7.0 as is. A good presser might be able to bump it up to an 8.0 Skunkboy
