Tears interior pages - manufacturing defects

I have some Norwegian Donald Duck comic books from the 1960’s that have interior tears in several or all the pages in the bottom center, otherwise these books are probably at least 9.0 (note: there is no tear on the bottom of the cover, just the interior pages). The tear that goes through the pages could be only just a quarter of an inch long, or in more severe cases up to as much as an inch long. This happened to a lot of Donald Duck comic books printed in Norway in the 60’s and early 70’s, so it is a known printing issue among collectors. Does anyone here have experiences to share from how CGC judge on this type of defects? Is it still possible to get at 9.0 with these type of manufacturing defects, or at least 8.0? I attach to examples. I will be glad if someone can provide some information on this.
