What is an approx value for books with no restoration, just married centerfolds, green labels? Would they be approx 50%?

It'll depend on grade, too. I saw a high-grade key like this sell for 65% in Qualified. So - as usual - it depends on supply and demand.

no set rule. For a bronze age book, it could be 10% value, for action comics 1, it could be 80% value. All depends on the book. For an SA key, 50% sounds like a good assumption.
