PGM X-Men 14 - GRADE IS IN 4 4

After 30 years in storage I am digging into my collection. Will be sending a bunch of books off next week. Was just looking for some community input on a few of the submissions. 

Trying to figure out where I will fall on this one. Has some age issues but i think it looks pretty good overall. Center back cover is worst of it. Hoping a press and clean might give me a small bump.

The halo brown on the back will keep from VF. The other minor edge wear seen bumps it a bit lower. Safely a 6.5 from me.

Looks like a 6.0 or slightly better to me, so a nice $1,000+ book at current values.

Nice presenting book!  Tape pull is fairly small and on the BC.  Top end of the range for me... 7.5
