How many business day before receiving in Walkthrough? 0

I have a Walkthrough that has been there since the 16 and is not received in yet.

Good morning,

Thank you for your message.  When you process a Walkthrough or Express tier submission, you will notice that we request that you clearly write WK for the Walkthrough tier or EX for the Express tier on all sides of the outside of the shipping package. Packages are sorted at the warehouse level upon arrival and we try to give properly marked packages priority as Walkthroughs and Expresses are more time sensitive than other tiers. 

Without the package being marked clearly with EX or WK, it is stored with other submissions received from that date waiting for our receiving team to process them. Packages are processed in the date order they are received.  

Once your package is opened, it will be processed under the tier selected. 

CGC is not able to accommodate requests to pull submissions because this would divert critical resources from completing submissions as quickly as possible.
