Delivered date vs Received date in regards to credit expiration 1 1

Hi ... my account anniversary was 3/1/2021 .. in Feb I asked accounting if I still had credit on my account and was informed I still had the $150 grading credit on the books .. that was great... so I mailed books on the 16th of Feb and they were delivered on the 19th of Feb .. my account renewed on Mar 1 .. my books were not entered as received until Mar 11 ...  .. Will the $150 I had on the books during Feb be used or will my new $150 need to be used ?  Thanks in advance for any help and answer ..  the submission is # 3802869 .. JB Comix54

Good morning,

Your member credits do expire when your membership does, however, if an order came in right around the expiration date, we generally will allow you to utilize that credit even if it was entered a few days after the expiration date.  I'll contact our accounting department and make sure that was applied for you.
