Who do I turn to with a Topsun card with an ink error?

Because forums invite discussion, my background and fascination in Pokemon started 22 years ago. I have every Charizard (except the recent Japanese Tournament Rainbow Charizard Promo) and have graded with PSA, BGS, and CGC. CGC is my personal favorite because it is consistent and matches my graded comics and gameboy game boxes.

My current dilemma is I have a No number Charizard graded a PSA 7 (pictures below), that was knocked for a surface imperfection. However, I don't know what to do with this card because it should have graded higher. Even with CGC it would get 8.5 minimum because the surface imperfection would have been logged and recognized as an ink error (1/16 inch yellow circle at top left on front of card). Now I have the option of

1) Waiting.... for either CGC to grade Topsun or PSA/BGS to recognize ink errors.

2) Resubmit to PSA for the price I originally bought the card for many years ago, while hassling and hoping they grade appropriately.

3) Store this away for eternity hoping somebody realizes its rarity.

4) Any other idea y'all have.

Yes, I know.

FYI, your card is mislabeled, it should not have the #6 on it as a no number.  Depending when you subbed it, you might be able to get a free correction.

That yellow "fish-eye" is not a surface defect and would not have been treated as one by PSA.  It is a print defect, however I don't think it is enough of one that the card would have been given a (PD) qualifier if you subbed with Qualifiers, or a -2 deduction if you subbed without qualifiers.   Even more, if you did allow for qualifiers and still got a 7, then there is definitely something else going on with the card in PSA's eyes.

It almost looks like there is a slight crease/fold line just above the bottom of the card.  Also, on the very top, is it cut in a slight U fashion, where it is curving around the upper bumper, or is that the bumper's shadow?  Maybe take very high res straight on pics of the front and back, knocking the card away from the bumpers and we can give you a better opinion on if you should spend $300 to send it back to PSA for a review..... and holder correction
