Printing Defect? 1 1

[Flammenwerfer]

I suspect the two irregular, black lines toward bottom of BC, on the 'tiles', are a printing defect.

Anyone seen this before? Will cgc grade down on this?

Whatever thetis, ink, grease, etc., it appears to be on the surface. IMO, based on what I can see, best possible magnification, 90% or more of it can be eradicated abrasively without affectingthe underlying area.

No wand, no magic? You ever hear that saying, "We've tried everything but the kitchen sink". 

Ironically, this is exactly one of the many useful jobs that the kitchen sink can be used for.

Yeah I've seen it before, it's ink transfer. Not considered a manufacturing defect so you will get hit. Havent seen higher than 9.4 for ink transfer.
