General Question - what happens if there are fewer or more cards in the order than the packing slip describes?

Hi there. If you submitted an order but owing to an input error more cards than the packing slip were included, what happens to them? Do they get entered as part of the order at the same submission level? Do they get returned to you instead?

Conversely, if your order had fewer cards than you had described, what happens then? Does your credit card get a refund for the fee level of the missing cards?

I’m not sure on if you had fewer what would happen (assuming you aren’t doing something like less than the 50 requirement for bulk while stating you have over 50), but I imagine putting more you would definitely get up charged ,  I think it’s like $2 or something per error they have to change for you. I think it’s somewhere before you submit it says there is a charge for messing up your submission form

In an order I had submitted a few months ago, I had accidentally entered "Quantity: 1" for my 1st Edition Squirtle, even though I was submitting 2, along with 100+ others.

CGC was awesome and sent an email within a few days of the submission being received saying that there was an error on my end and they updated the submission to show +1 cards, and added the same declared value for both of these cards. I had to do nothing, and it was handled seamlessly on their end. I truly didn't even check if I was charged the $2 fee or not...
