Question about submissions being received 0

With regard to the (now) June 28th deadline to receive old tier pricing submission,  does that mean books entered into the system as RECEIVED by June 28,  or just delivered to CGC as per tracking number?   Because i have multiple submissions that the CONFIRM PACKAGE RECEIPT form of the website shows as not yet received, while the tracking on USPS shows them as being delivered 1-2 months ago (one having been delivered Feb 22nd but not yet showing as Confirmed Received)

Good morning,

Any order that was created before 4-28 and delivered to our office by 6-28 will get the old pricing.  It doesn't have to be logged into the system by 6-28, just delivered to our office.
