Submission Form Doesn't Reflect the $250 maximum mentioned for Bulk and is still set to $100 0

I'm looking at the new cost breakdowns on the site and while the services page reflects the maximum value changes the online order form itself does not.

Bulk on the services/fees page has a maximum value of $250 while the form has it set to $100. 

So you currently cannot send bulk valued more than $100.
