I have a card being shipped back for a customer (I run a LGS) the last 2 days fed ex has said it was scheduled delivery and didn't show then when I called they changed it to pending and said they have no information on the packaged and do not know where it is.  I am not the shipper CGC is what do I do I have never had this happen before and obviously I need the item for the customer not to mention it is one of the most coveted cards out there with a high grade.

Next time on high dollar for sure use USPS Registered Mail... It's the only insured option.
