PGM... Tales of Suspense #45! 1 1

Hi all,

I'd like some opinions as to what this might grade? It's a got a pretty beat up cover with classic Marvel chipping on all edges but the biggest flaw is the missing chunks near the staples and spine. I've always liked this issue and may pick it up regardless as it is a semi-key with the first appearances of Pepper and Happy, plus it is a lot cheaper than other copies I've seen at $50 bucks and the page quality looks good!

Any and all opinions welcomed!

Sort of off topic in regards to the original post but it appears that issue #45 is the first in which Tony Stark uses the arc reactor as a weapon.

I'm thinking 1.8.

I'm waiting for someone to start marketing these yellow suit issues as prototypes and newbies to flock to them. There are nly about a dozen appearances of this suit.
