PGM ASM 23 3 3

Greetings all.

I just picked up this ASM 23 at a small local sale.

I would appreciate your professional opinions on the estimated grade.

Noticeable flaws that I noticed were possible small fingerprint or other funk top mid front cover, moderate spine stress, light staple tears, light tanning back cover, small chipping and tears back cover, small stain back cover left side.
