Is anyone seeing the new Venom 35 Clayton Crain Variant in any comic shop websites?  I’m seeing preorders on ebay and I’m wondering how these guys have access to so many preorders when I can’t find them anywhere.

More than likely, those sellers already pre-ordered them...so now they are selling them at a higher price.  My estimate only...I don't get on eBay much anymore, but I've seen this happen.  There are still a couple places you can get them...you may not like where they are though.  (shrug)(shrug)
