Bronze Age Batman + bored kid with pencil = possible disaster!!

Recently acquired a collection of Bronze Age Batman Keys and came upon one that a kid had drawn on with a pencil in a couple of the panels inside the book. There are no markings on the front or back cover.  Is it worth grading? Also, would CGC consider this a restoration or give it a “qualified” label? Thanks in advance.

If the value of the comic merits grading (don't know, no issue # mentioned), you could see if you can use a good quality art eraser to remove the pencil.  It's not much different than how a comic is cleaned, and it is on the pages, not the cover.  Just don't go crazy on it.  If it was ink, a different story.

The pencil marks wouldn't be restoration because it is not intended color touch.  It would just be downgraded for condition.  Removing the pencil marks is not restoration, either.  Any effects left after erasure could downgrade the comic, but probably less than the original marks.
