Page not stapled to comic 1 1

I have a copy of Free Comic Book Day Spider-Man 2007 but one page is not stapled to the book. Could I staple in the page and still get it graded as a normal comic. Would there be any way to avoid an altered label?

I checked with our graders on this and they do not advise you should not attempt to staple the page yourself or you do run the risk of receiving a restored grade.
