Much longer wait period for all tiers 0

Hi, All three of my submissions have been marked delivered so I have started the count down when the books should be close to done. Now today all tiers have substantial more wait times....so since my books were already delivered do I stick with the count I was under before the big jump in wait times or do I need to add a whole lot more days to bring it online with the current wait times? Can you please clear this up for me? Thank you. I love your service and just want to have a clear understanding on wait times.

Good morning,

Thanks for your message.  The turnaround times are subject to change and are updated weekly on the website.  The times listed on the website now reflect the time from delivery to completion rather than just from when the book is logged into the system.  You will see a longer time on the website now since it is including the time before the package is opened.

This is where it gets confusing if I send a book in express grading current turnaround is 17 days how can that be if the box doesn’t get opened for four weeks from  delivery date? please explain.

When you submit an order under the expedited tiers of Express or Walkthrough, you are instructed to write EX or WK on all sides of the outside of your shipping box.  When your order is received and we see that noted on the box, we pull those out and get them entered faster than the regular mail.  However, if you do not follow these instructions and don't note it on the outside of the box, then your order will not be opened until our receiving department gets to that particular date of mail.

I made this same mistake. I had my books in a box that had EX marked on it and I changed to a different box and didn't write the EX back on the new box.  So my books have been there since the end of April. Hoping they start opening those boxes this week or maybe next week. So my express is going to end up taking about 6 weeks.
