Express shipment not received 0

I have had a shipment for express grading there for a month now and it still hasn’t even been marked as received. They said they updated the turnaround times to include the period prior to it being received but my package has been at the facility as long as the entire turnaround time. 
 

I clearly wrote express all over the package in large black marker. 
 

Has this happened to others as well or did I do something wrong?

Hi there, while turnaround times have been adjusted to reflect the previous period of time, if you marked yours as express and it still hasn't been marked as received, you should reach out to customer service.
