As far as I know, this is the ONLY version of ASM # 300 to have an ALL BLACK COVER.  I might be wrong, but I haven't seen another.

These are three foreign editions of Amazing Spider-Man # 316 with the classic VENOM cover.

#119 grades out to FN-/FN with some back cover damage, see scan.  Front cover looks NM minus.

#105 grades out to a VF/VF+ due to mild cover stress.

You have to love how they boxed Frank down on the cover to adjust to the horizontal shape.

KAZAR THE SAVAGE (1981) # 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 - ALL FOR $20

I'd say these issues average btw VF an NM-. Simple edge & storage wear with a blunted corner or two bringing a couple down to VF- or so. 

Snag the entire first year which includes the early direct sales issue #10...which was a big deal at the time  

These books are 40 years old.
