I agree CGC’s services have gone down hill however CGC does seem to charge my credit card for services not render in a timely manner.

What a business model you can up-sell your services and membership without any intent to meeting the expectations. 
 

The member’s only recourse is to bend over and take it until CGC finds time to open your package.
