Inner well scuffing 0

For years, I never had any of these issues. Now it seems as though a third to a half of all of my submissions have some sort of scuffing to the inner wells. Is there a reason or correction for this?

I'm sorry if you have been having issues with some of your holdered books.  If you receive a submission back and you notice any damage or issues like this, you can certainly contact our customer service department and we can have you send the books back for a reholder at no charge. You just have to report any damage or issues within two weeks of receiving your submission back to qualify.
