Marks on The back of a Graded book 0

I bought a graded book.  it is from 2018, so not that old.  It is 9.8  My issue is the black smudges on the back.  This would never have been a 9.8 with that on the back.  The marks are not small and Your graders would not have missed them.  My un-trained eyes saw it right away. It is hard to get a good picture without a glare.  In this pic they look like white spots.  around the bottom left and right of the logo. I have read about the newton rings.  but these are not rainbow like rings.  they are marks.

I'm sorry, I don't see what you are referring to in your picture.  The only thing I can see appear to be some marks on the holder.  If you do not agree with the grade, you could always send the book in for a regrade and we can take another look at it.  You can reach our customer service department at 877-662-6642 or by email at submissions@cgccomics.com for more information.
