    Hi, there is a cgc signature series item for sale with what looks like Stan lees signature and Mike Mayhew's. The only one that is mentioned on the label is Mayhew's Signature. That doesnt seem right. The guy claims to have a COA and that CGC messed up in a message from him. Am I right to call this a Scam?

    Hi I bought a graded book. it is from 2018, so not that old. It is 9.8 My issue is the black smudges on the back. This would never have been a 9.8 with that on the back. The marks are not small and Your graders would not have missed them. My un-trained eyes saw it right away. It is hard to get a good picture without a glare. In this pic they look like white spots. around the bottom left and right of the logo. I have read about the newton rings. but these are not rainbow like rings. they are marks. Thank for your help.
