Adventure Comics 305 is the key issue where Mon El finally leaves the Phantom Zone and joins the LSH.

Graded 9.2 with OW pages by CGC only 4 9.4s have ever graded higher which means that unless a 9.6 or above is ever graded it's unlikely that you will see any of those 4 offered for sale.

In fact, since only 2 other CGC 9.2s have ever been sold, as this issue is incredibly scarce in that grade as well, you might never see another CGC 9.2 of this key DC on sale again.
