Info On Gift Comics #1 1 1

Hi all,

So from what I understand about this comic is that it contains copies of other comics bound together from the same time period. Are certain copies more desired if they contain certain stories? Does the inside front page tell you which issues are inside? I am just curious as I never knew they printed a comic that was 324 pages!

I started a thread about Gift comics a few years ago.  Below is the remarks I made about your Gift 1.

"The contents may have been consistent from one year to the next.  The first year of gift according to Rick in Slam Bang 2 contained:

Captain Marvel 5

Bulletman 4

Ibis 1

Wow 5

Whiz 26

Are the covers to those original issues found inside included in the book too?

Issues I have seen do not have a content page. 

There are no indicia printed at the bottom of the first page of 

each issue, i.e., Captain Marvel, Spy Smasher, etc.. 

ID can be done based on the stories and info from Comic Plus or the GCD.

The content of Gift 2 is:

Captain Marvel 13

Spy Smasher 6

Bulletman 7

Wow 7

Whiz 32

I don't think the value varies with content.  Issues one and two all contain the issues that I have listed, I think.

There are no covers included inside the Gift.
