icant find my tracking number from the postal office and when i try to look for my order it only looks for submissions 8 months old....how can i stay updated on my order? this website absolutely is no help and needs an upgrade 0

More than likely your books have not been opened yet. Once they are opened and scanned in then it will show them. Currently they are opening boxes from the week of April 26th. If you sent your books in prior to that then Id contact CGC via phone call.
