Rocket's Blast Special #1 (ditto), with Marvel heroes cover art by Buddy Saunders (owner of Lone Star Comics and mycomicshop.com). The Rocket's Blast is THE classic comics adzine from the 1960s thru the 1980s, and this issue is one of the Special Editions. It features "The Timely Comics Story," written and illustrated by Raymond Miller. Edited by G.B. Love. 8.25-in. x 11-in.

 

Fanzine has some light foxing to cover, few light creases & a fold line (from mailing).

I’d have to check my old files but I think they were on different types of paper.

Awhile back, I did this workup on the Timely Special. Not sure if this zeroes in on the one offered but it might be the 2nd printing.

Mine is the 2nd print from 1964, much rarer than the 1st print. I’m guessing they didn’t make as many.

The faces are nicer on the 2nd edition. It is very rare. GLWTS!
