Would not be shocked to see 9.6 NM+. Main defect is a spine length what looks to be "storage" bend. It would press right out no doubt. Small accumulation of non-color breaking defects. It looks like I had a few books out of the hundreds that were "modern" or after the Bronze Age cutoff? That's unfortunate......they could be a tad more flexible with that, especially if you agree to remove the offending book immediately.
