PayPal Goods and Services. No returns on CGC books, never had a problem but I have to state it. Book is pictured below. USPS is having issues, please be aware there are potential delays after shipping. I always send a pic of the shipping receipt with tracking info upon shipment. trumps any messaging/ discussion of the book.
