PGM Ultimate Comics All-New Spider-Man #1 - Grade is in! 4 4

I have a few books being submitted so I was hoping that some kind folks would take a guess.  Plus I like posting when the grades are in as well as reading when others post their grades to see how close everyone was.

 

On this one right off the bat I see 2 small color breaks on the spine fc as well as 1 on the bc.  Other than that it looks clean to me.

I'm seeing a bit more spine wear with 5+ color-breaking ticks. There's also edge wear both covers near the outer corners. There could be some color rub near the staples, especially the lower, but the glare makes it a little difficult to tell. The crease of the spine is something that may be considered production- related; it may not.

IMO 9.0 and it could grade 8.5 as a modern.

Congrats on the grade but with those spine ticks and spine wear....

Congrats - nice grade. Thought like others a little lower with the color breaks on the side.
