Authentic vs. fake CGC graded comics

I just purchased a couple of ostensibly CGC graded comics online and see now that there are differences between them in terms of font used on the blue labels, the silver sticker, and the darkness of the printed grade.  In particular, I am concerned about the comic graded 9.2.  Should I be concerned, or does this variation occur?

I just realized that CGC has a verification tool.  The codes for both comics were recognized.  One was graded in 2015, while the other was graded this year, which suggests to me that the differences identified above could reflect changes in labeling over time.

Good job!

I wish other noobs would figure it out on their own like you have. CGC has changed their label 3 times so far.

You would be correct.  I echo the sentiment of others, it's great to see new members (such as yourself) do the leg work and find the answer on their own instead of fully relying on the boards.  Welcome to the hobby and welcome to the boards.
