Submissions status disappeared 1 1

I just noticed that my submissions I had just disappeared. Is this a known problem.

Yes, there is an issue with our server this afternoon.  We are working on it now.  Your orders are still there, the server issues just prevent you from seeing them at the moment.  Hopefully that should be back up and running soon.

This just happened to me. All my submissions just disappeared. I check it daily. 

1. My first two submissions ( about 10 books ) have been in SFG for about 8 weeks. 

2. My third submission ( 2 books ), which was sent in back in mid-April still hasn't shown up on my status page yet.

Being very patient, but what I can see or track disappearing from my account....isn't at all reassuring.
