I recently found these two pikachu cards and it seems the majority of the listings on ebay are for the inverted back version. So what version is rarer, the inverted back or the corrected version?

Might be pretty even, I think the prices on eBay are similar for each variation ungraded.  Maybe check the sales of graded ones.
