Searching the CGC website to find the number of CGC Signature  Series Amazing Spider-man #50 signed by John Romita Sr? It's this possible to find out. ?

Not possible. You can find the number of ASM 50's that are CGC'ed in the census, but not whom they are signed by. Assuming you are talking about the '67 one that JR actually worked on, your number is less than 716.
