I have another book to submit today for your review.  

I have the Amazing Spider-Man Marvel Comics Index, which which displays the cover and basic details for spider-man 1 - 151.  When I was purchasing these back issues in the late '70 and early '80 I would write in the index how much I spent on each issue.  So, unfortunately, it cost me a bit more than is written on the splash page of this comic... it cost me a whopping $3.00!

This issue looks really nice.  The square bound spine is in really good condition.  The only issue I see is in the bottom right corner.  There is a bit of something on the cover and is a bit rough to the touch.  I think that might come off if the comic was cleaned.

Another great yeller-color cover. Thanks for posting this book.

Gut feeling tells me that soil on the bottom left of the front cover is glue. Dunno why. I'm not going to downgrade the defect much.

Great looking book. Really great.

Also, how many checks did that index accumulate back in the day?

I was fortunate to be able to get every issue!  Some of the early books are not in very good condition.  Issue #1 is pretty heavily restored.  Lots of color touch and who knows what else, but at least I have it.  No way I could afford it now!  I don't think any of the other issues have restoration.  I plan on posting many of the issue here since I am not good at grading and am interested to see what others think of the grades.  I will have to get some of these out of the safe deposit box so I can post them.
