Please grade this X-men 101 3 3

Hey lads and ladies,

I'm in the market for a mid-lowish grade x-men 101 and came across this. The seller has given a rough grade of 5.0 but I was wondering if that massuve crease brings it down lower than this to maybe a 4.0 at best?

Sorry for the poor quality images, this is all that was available. I just want to make more of an informed decision with regards to the price they have it advertised for. I haven't had much luck finding another copy within my price range that will ship to Australia so I'm keen to jump on it but maybe I'm just too eager haha.

With the smaller ones nearby….doubtful.  Less than 4.0…IMO

As is, no way that's a 5.0

It "may" clean up to a 4.5 +/-

This copy looks to also have seen some moisture.

Thanks for sharing. I always thought finding good back issues was tough in NM (pre-internet), so I can understand your situation.
