Looks pretty decent,  with  chips,  small  corner off,  few folds and general wear. 
1" or so  clean cut   on  leaf  1 and page 2, outer  right hand  edge.
ALAS,  the  last  page of  the  first story  has  been  torn completely out,  nothing
left  but a  couple  forlorn tatters  along  the spine. Third interior leaf overall.   Nuts.
