Well,  this one is a hot  mess.   Big ol' chunk out of the FC,  more pieces out spine,  silver dollar sized 
corner off lower  LH BC,  and the cover's detached.  
Most of page  1 is there,  but detached, and the matching leaf from  the  back side is long gone. 
Corners  and tears on the next  couple surviving  pages front half, and leaf 2 and 3  are torn out 
to boot.  You're buying  this  as a rough reader or to harvest a couple  centerfolds for another copy
